I've been around real estate since I was 15 — transaction coordination, assisted with relocation, typed up BPOs through the 2008 crash. Licensed in AZ in 2018, earned my Broker's license in January 2024. That background shapes how I work: I explain things without the jargon dump, I flag risks before they become problems, and I don't disappear after the contract is signed.
