Diversity In The Desert: A Benefit for City High School
Saturday, October 24, 2026 (6:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
(MST)
Description
Rainbow Rotary Club of Tucson invites you to Diversity in the Desert, our 2026 benefit celebrating Southern Arizona’s LGBTQIA community while raising funds to create positive, lasting impact.
This year’s theme is Queen of the Night, inspired by the desert cactus that waits until after dark to reveal its spectacular bloom. Come show us how you bloom as we gather for an evening of dancing, appetizers, entertainment, community, and opportunities to support important local projects. Dress to express yourself, impress others, or just dance!
Proceeds from Diversity in the Desert will help City High School of Tucson fund Junior and Senior class trips while also supporting Rainbow Rotary Club of Tucson’s service projects and community giving throughout the year.
Past support has helped Rainbow Rotary provide harm reduction kits at SAAF, facility enhancements for Intermountain Centers’ housing at the Casitas, lunches at TIHAN’s POZ Cafe, PRIDE crosswalks on the YOTO campus, and more. Funds raised through Diversity in the Desert will help us continue responding to needs and investing in organizations making a difference across Southern Arizona.
Rainbow Rotary Club of Tucson is one of only seven LGBTQ+ clubs chartered within the Rotary International family. As part of that global movement, we are proud to show up as our LGBTQIA community, for all the communities that make Southern Arizona an incredible place to live and thrive.
Join us for a night of celebration, connection, and giving back at the 2026 Diversity in the Desert Benefit.
